Believe it or not, this is an East Coast rooster. I ran across a photo of him as I was looking through some shots I'd taken years ago in Bucks County Pennsylvania. So much color out that way in the Fall, but this guy is dressed up this way in every season!
Wow you got this character's color in all its glory. I loved painting these guys on Kauai a few years back. Imagine my surprise when I landed at the small open air airport there to the sound of crowing. I had no idea there were more roosters on Kauai than people!
