As promised, here is the second course of that unforgettable Italian dinner that we were treated to. I suppose in reality, this is the second and third courses, but they arrived together and sure make a complete scene don't they? Some kind of heavenly conglomeration of pasta, meat and sauce and a delectable roasted beet salad with that dastardly crusty bread too of course. Even though we were in Golden Colorado, we were transported to Tuscany and ate like kings.
