Sally at Pacific Star has the most fabulous collection of terra cotta urns and flower pots. She rearranges them from time to time and plants new things in them season upon season. They are almost as captivating as the view, but more often than not I have taken photos to paint from later and you have seen this subject before! This time though I delved into the watercolor palette and sat next to my almost 12 year old niece while we each worked on our own version. I wish I'd taken a photo of hers because I'd love to be sharing that with you, but maybe later. Hers was spectacular and even more vibrant than mine, so I was a tad envious.
