Windows and doors are like tangible portals into our hearts, aren't they? We gravitate towards them because they are colorful, inviting and intriguing. They cause a special kind of emotion to well up inside, an inquisitive longing to know what lies behind them and a delight at they way they are adorned. Ok, so not all doors and windows do this for us, but the European ones certainly do! I love how these shutters are two different sizes as well, maybe the owner found these planks in a pile and just decided to use them as is? Who knows and who cares, we're just happy about the shapes, the shadows and the colors.
